With the help of the design tool, five product concepts have been developed: Two different water boilers and three different In ear headphones. All products belongs to one of the three categories (design for composting / recycling / repair ) and distinguish from lifetime, price, material and connection. Only two water boilers have been designed because we believe that in this case no short - lasting product is needed.

DESIGN FOR

COMPOSTING

Products with a short - life and short functionality has to be compostable. ( One night stand product )

PRESS & ENJOY

Paper pulp, natural resins, as well as printed electronic are compostable and ensure less waste because of disposable products.

DESIGN FOR

RECYCLING

Mass - produced products are consumed and has to be efficiently recycled. ( temporary partner )

OPERATING LIFE: 0-2 years

SEPARATE  CASING AND ELECTRONICS

OPERATING LIFE: 2-10 years

CONSUMER GOOD

Simple separation and the use of thermoplastics leads to a 100 % recyclable product.

OPERATING LIFE: 2-10 years

TREND - PRODUCT

The parts and materials can be separated and recycled like a zipper.

DESIGN FOR

REPAIR

Products can only be long - lasting if they are repairable.  ( life partner )

REPAIRABLE

OPERATING LIFE: 10 - 35 + years

All modules of the water boiler can be replaced. With the use of an additiv induction station or induction cooker the water can be boiled.

Modularity enable replacement and reparation of the product. Long - lasting aluminum and the best sound quality makes the headphones a faithful accompanist.
